Hello everyone, I hope you are all well.

Today’s temptations are these amazing cookies, made with Philadelphia chocolate cream cheese and Oreos…

Here is the recipe, enjoy!

Oreo Cheesecake & Chocolate Cookies:

  • 1/2 cup (120 g) butter, at room temperature
  • 4 1/2 oz. (130 g) Philadelphia chocolate cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 cup (225 g) regular sugar
  • 1 teaspoon coffee extract or very strong coffee
  • 1 1/2 cup (180 g) all-purpose flour
  • 4 1/2 oz. (130 g) dark chocolate chips
  • 1 packet Oreos (remove the white filling)
  • some melted chocolate for drizzling (optional)

Preheat the oven to 375 ˚F (190 ˚C).

If you can’t get chocolate cream cheese, just use regular cream cheese + 3 tablespoons pure unsweetened cocoa powder.

Put the butter and cream cheese into a mixing bowl and beat until fluffy.

Add the sugar and coffee extract, I use Loreann Oils extacts. Alternatively use extra strong coffee.

Finely crush the Oreos, I do this in a blender, but you could just as well put them in a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

Add the flour, chocolate chips and 4 tablespoons of the crushed Oreos to the mixing bowl.

Mix well using a rubber spatula.

Make little balls from the cookie dough, this is easier if you use an ice cream scoop. (Approx. 1 tablespoon dough per cookie.)

Roll into the rest of the crushed Oreos until completely covered.

Arrange on a lined baking tray. Make sure you leave some space between them to allow for spreading during baking.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes.

Drizzle with some melted chocolate, if you like…

So yummy!

….and for the love of chocolate: extra chocolate chips on top… it can’t get any better than this.

And here they are – Oreo Cheesecake & Chocolate Cookies!

Baked with love.

A little bite, just to tempt you…

That’s it for now, I wish you all a wonderful day.

Hugs from me to you.
