Hello everyone!

Today I’m going to show you how to make a simple swirl using a large French tip, and how to make buttercream flowers.

French tip:

Start at the edge of the cupcake and swirl the tip all the way around…

….and swirl around again and leave a peaky top at the top.

I often use Wilton 104 and Wilton 125 tips when I teach cupcake classes.

To make roses:

Starting in the center, pipe a little rose bud…

…then continue by piping small petals around the bud.

Make as many petals as you need to get the size you want.

I often decorate with sugar pearls.

Perfect for a wedding…
