Today’s temptations are mini donuts with a fluffy Angel Feather frosting and – of course – chocolate.
Make the dough as described for the Delicious Baked Vanilla Doughnuts, you can find the recipe here, but use vanilla custard instead of milk.
I use a mini donut pan as seen on the photo below.
Leave to rise for about 10 minutes.
Bake in a 375 ˚F (190 ˚C) oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until puffed up and slightly golden.

Dip some of the mini donuts into a bowl of melted dark chocolate, I use Callebaut chocolate here.
I made the luscious Angel Feather icing as well, you can find the recipe here. I added a drop of pink food coloring and then dipped some donuts into the icing.
Too cute… who wouldn’t love a bite of these beautiful donuts with this shiny, marshmallowy glaze…?
