Today’s temptation is this super delicious Coffee ice cream cake, it’s so easy to make and you can put it together in 5 minutes!
Coffee ice cream cake
- 3/4 cup (175 ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/4 cup (300 ml) heavy cream
- seeds from 1 vanilla bean (or use 2 teaspoons vanilla extract)
- 2 ss instant coffee powder
- 10 oz. (300 g) Philadelphia cream cheese
Put all the ingredients except the cream cheese into a mixing bowl and beat for about 3 minutes.
Add the cream cheese and continue beating.
I use a silicone mold here, approx. 8-inches (20 cm) in diameter.
You’ll need some ladyfinger biscuits, adjust the size to fit your mold or pan. Arrange them as shown below:
Pour the ice cream mixture into the center of the mold and place in the freezer for a few hours.
Invert the ice cream cake onto a cake stand or plate and decorate with some chocolate, if you like.
Now nothing remains but to enjoy this amazing coffee ice cream cake….
