These “Sweet Honey Rolls” are sweet, soft and super delicious – perfect with jam and a cup of tea or a glass of cold milk.
They are easy to make, too!
Here is the recipe, enjoy.
Sweet Honey Rolls (12–15 rolls):
- 1 3/4 oz. (50 g) fresh yeast
- 1 cup (250 ml) tepid water
- 3 1/4 cup (400 g) all-purpose flour
- 3 oz. (85 g) honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
For brushing:
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
Preheat the oven to 200 ˚C.
Dissolve the yeast in the tepid water. Put the flour, honey, salt and egg into a mixing bowl.
Pour the yeasty water into the mixing bowl with the flour and knead (use the dough hook) for 15 minutes.
The dough will be sticky, but there’s no need to worry. Don’t add more flour at this stage, if more flour is needed – add it after the dough is done rising.
Cover with plastic wrap and a kitchen towel and leave to rise for 30-40 minutes.
Sprinkle a little flour on your work surface.
Tip out the dough and divied it into 12-15 equally sized pieces. I use scales for this.
Arrange the buns on lined baking trays. Leave to rise for another 10 minutes.
Melt the butter ans stir in the honey. Brush the buns with the butter/honey mixture.
Bake in the middle of the oven for about 10-13 minutes.
Brush with the butter/honey mixture again while the buns are still warm from the oven.
Nothings remains now but to enjoy these delicious buns..
I hope I was able to tempt you..
Hugs from me to you.

Disse var kjempegode og enkle å lage , elsker oppskriften! Jeg lurte på om du kunne lage oppskriftene dine også for de som ikke har foodprosessor? Uansett elsker oppskriften og fortsett å lage dem!
