Hello everyone! Friday is here again and it’s time for a brownie milkshake.

I once had a brownie milkshake when I was in Tucson, Arizona, it was so heavenly I just had to taste it over and over again…

This treat is easy to make and perfect if you have some leftover brownies, or if you’re planning to make a batch during the weekend.

Here is the recipe, enjoy!

Brownies Milkshake

  • 2 brownies
  • 6 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 3/4 oz. (50 g) grated chocolate + some extra for the topping
  • 10 ice cubes
  • 1 cup (225 ml) milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

Put all the ingredients into a blender.

Use any leftover brownies, or go here for some very yummy brownie recipes.

The vanilla extract gives the milkshake a fantastic flavor.

Whizz until the mixture is completely smooth.

Pour into four large milkshake glasses.

Top it off with some whipped cream and a drizzle of melted chocolate…
