White Chocolate Frosting:
- 1 2/3 cup (210 g) powdered sugar
- 1 cup (230 g) butter, softened
- 7 oz. (200 g) white chocolate, melted
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
Put the butter and powdered sugar into a mixing bowl.
Beat on low speed until very fluffy.
Add the melted white chocolate and beat for another few minutes.
Add the vanilla extract.
Continue beating until very pale and fluffy.
