Fluffy Parmesan puffs (yield: 12 stk)

  •  3/4 cup (175 ml) milk
  • 4 tablespoons (60 g) butter, diced
  • 1  3/4 oz. (50 g) fresh yeast
  • 3/4 cup tepid water
  • 4 tablespoons regular sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3  1/4 – 3  1/2 cups (400–450 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1  3/4 oz. (50 g) Parmesan cheese, grated

Preheat the oven to 350 ˚ (180 ˚C).

Pour the milk into a bowl. Add the diced butter, then put in the microwave for about 1 1/2 minute until the butter is melted.

Leave to rise for about 20-30 minutes.

Tip out the dough onto a lightly floured surface and dust with more flour.

6

Using a rolling pin, slightly flatten the dough.

7

Cut out small rounds, you can use a glass for this.

8

Arrange the rounds on a sheet of baking parchment.

9

Brush the tops with some olive oil…

10

…and sprinkle over some grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven until golden, about 15–20 minutes. Use the fan setting to make the buns even more fluffy.

Cool for a few minutes before serving.

  1. For en nydelig hatt! Måltidet så deilig ut, men for en nydelig hatt! 🙂

  2. Prøvde oppskriften i kveld jeg. Rask og enkel oppskrift. Bakeren ble veldig god! Neste gang skal jeg drysse på enda mer parmesanost. Yummi! God natt 🙂

  3. It’s scary that Google translates deciliters directly into cups! That makes the liquid measurements more than doubled, and the results will be completely wrong… Have you considered having an English “sister-website”? Pretty pleeease..?

  4. Elsker bloggen din 🙂 masse flott du legger ut i tillegg for vi muligheten til å
prøve å lage selv da du legger ut fine oppskrifter 🙂 kjempe fin blogg<3
