Hello everyone!

Today’s temptations are delicious triple chocolate chip cookies, and since this is Pink Ribbon Month I have decorated these with pink sprinkles.

Here is the recipe, enjoy!

Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies:

  • 1/2 cup (110 g) unsalted butter
  • 2/3 cup (130 g) brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cup (160 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup (30 g) cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 4 1/2 oz. (125 g) dark chocolate, melted
  • 10 oz. (280 g) dark chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 320 F (160 C).

Start by melting the 4 1/2 oz. (125 g) dark chocolate.

Put the butter and brown sugar into a mixing bowl and beat until fluffy.

Add the vanilla extract and egg and continue beating.

Sift together the flour, cocoa powder and baking soda.

Tip the flour mixture into the mixing bowl.

Add the melted chocolate.

Beat until everything is well blended.

Stir in the chocolate chips (or use chopped, dark chocolate).

Line a baking tray with baking parchment.

I use an ice cream scoop to make equally sized cookies, one scoop per cookie.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes.

Done…

These cookies are delicious as they are, but since it’s Pink Ribbon Month I wanted to dip them in melted chocolate and decorate with some pink sprinkles.

Oh la la…

I hope you are tempted to start baking!

That’s it for now…

Have a nice day everyone!

Hugs from me to you.

    • Hei Siv. 🙂
Så herlig, skriv gjerne her oppskriften for de som som har gultenintolerans. 🙂

  3. Jeg har det samme problemet som Linda. Men skal prøve meg på disse i morgen.
