Peanut Butter Brownie Cookies

Hello everyone.

These delicious peanut butter brownie cookies are made with lots of chocolate, peanut butter and peanuts.

So crunchy, so good…

Here is the recipe, enjoy!


Peanut Butter Brownie Cookies (yield: 30 cookies)

  • 12 oz. (350 g) dark chocolate chips
  • 3 tablesooons (40 g) butter
  • 2/3 cup (150 ml) peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup (150 g) regular sugar
  • just under 1/2 cup (50 g) all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 1/2 oz. (100 g) pecans
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 350 ˚F (180 ˚C).

Put 7 oz. (100 g) of the chocolate chips into a bowl with the butter and peanut butter, then melt in the microwave or over a pan of simmering water.



Put the vanilla extract, eggs and sugar into a mixing bowl.


Beat for about 8 minutes or until very pale and fluffy.


Add the flour, baking powder, cooled chocolate/peanutbutter mixture, pecans and the rest of the chocolate chips.

Mix until well blended.

Set aside to rest for about 10 minutes.


Using a tablespoom or small ice cream scoop, make one little mound per cookie. Arrange on a lined baking tray.

Bake in the middle of the oven for about 10 minutes.


Leave to cool completely.



I dipped some of them into melted dark chocolate…


Decorate with some pretty candy hearts, if you like…

  1. Kan jeg lage disse uten nøttene? Er allergisk, men har alltid hatt lyst til å lage cookies.

  2. Hvordan smelter du sjokoladeknappene. peanutsmøret og smøret? Du skriver ingenting om hvordan det gjøres 

  3. Kan de lages store(ca15cm i diameter) eller er de for myke til det?
