Hello everyone!

This yummy treat is made in five minutes; chocolate covered ruffles potato chips sprinkled with sea salt.

Chocolate covered potato chips

  • 1 bag XL ruffles potato chips
  • 3 1/2 oz. (100 g) dark chocolate
  • sea salt (optional)

Melt the chocolate using the microwave oven or a bain marie.

Pick up a potato chip and dip half of it in the melted chocolate, then repeat with more of the potato chips.

Arrange the dipped chips on a greased sheet of baking parchment.

Leave them for a few minutes until they’ve just started to set, then sprinkle with a little sea salt, if you like.
