Today I’ve made an easy but very delicious snack which will be ready in no time.
I made these caramel chews using leftover Caramel Fudge.
Here is the recipe, enjoy!
Delicious Caramel Chews
- 10 oz. (275 g) Digestives (or graham crackers), finely crushed
- 2 1/2 oz. (75 g) coconut
- 6 tablespoons (85 g) butter, melted
- 3 1/2 oz. (100 g) walnuts
- 3 1/2 oz. (100 g) chocolate chips
- 20 caramel fudge squares
Make the base by mixing together the finely crushed Digestives (or graham crackers), coconut and melted butter.
Line a baking pan with baking parchment and tip in the mixture for the base. Press down firmly to make an even layer and place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Melt 20 caramel fudge squares in a saucepan or in the microwave.

Take the pan out of the freezer, then arrange the walnuts and chocolate chips over the base.
Carefully pour the warm caramel fudge over the walnuts and chocolate chips…
Chill for 1 hour or until set, then cut into squares.
