Hello everyone!
Today I made delicious Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies, if you like chocolate you’ll love these!
Here is the recipe, enjoy!
Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies (yield: about 35 cookies)
- 16 oz. (450 g) dark chocolate
- 4 tablespoons (60 g) butter
- 1/2 cup (70 g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 cup (350 g) regular sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 10 1/2 oz. (300 g) chocolate chips
- 3 1/2 oz. (100 g) walnuts
Put the dark chocolate and butter into a bowl.
Place the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and leave it there until melted.
Set aside.
Put the sugar, eggs and vanilla into a mixing bowl and whisk until pale and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a separate bowl.
Bring out the chocolate chips and walnuts.
Add the melted chocolate and butter to the whisked egg mixture.
Add the sifted flour mixture and stir until everything is well blended.
Stir in the walnuts and chocolate chips.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Use an ice cream scoop to make equally sized cookies.
Arrange the mounds of cookie dough onto lined baking trays.
Bake in a 350 ˚F (180 ˚C) oven for about 9 minutes. Use the fan setting if your oven has one.
Leave to cool slightly.
These cookies will keep well in an airtight container for at least 4 days.

I hope I was able to tempt you…
Happy baking you all.

Lovely photos. You made me want some cookies now! 😉
Nydelige! Er det mulig å lage dem uten valnøtter ? 🙂
Kan man droppe nøttene? 🙂
F.eks i White cake-kakebunn i boken din? Cupcakeoppskrifter? Sjokoladekaker osv…? Hilsen Mette som elsker boken og bloggen♥
Hei.
Hvor har du funnet disse små melkeflaskene? Har letet etter slike i evigheter og plutselig ser jeg sånne her på bloggen din. Må også bare si at disse cookies`ene er knallgode :))
obviously like your website but you need to take a look
at the spelling on quite a few of your posts.
A number of them are rife with spelling issues and I in finding it very troublesome to inform the reality
on the other hand I will certainly come back again.
Hello
You’re amazing, but I can’t understand your language
Could you please make it with English language
And thank you.
Thank you so much, Sara. 🙂
I’m working on it, but for now you can use google translate and conversion calculator in the sidebar. 🙂

Hi manuela! I wanted to let u know i tried this but not having the same results as you.
Mine is quite flat and does not hold shape and it sticks to my baking sheets after cooling.
I cooled my batter for more than 1 hour and cooked one batch for 9 mins and one at 10 mins both causing the cookie to stick.
Can u please help me?
Fan from Malaysia.
Hi Nadia, I am sorry to hear that you did not have the results you wanted. If the cookies stick to the baking parchment you use, grease it first. If your cookies ended up vert flat you can add a little more flour to the dough. Good luck!
