Hello everyone, I hope you’re all well.

Today’s temptations are these pretty macarons with a luscious chocolate filling, perfect as a little gift, or to serve to your guests.

Go here to see the recipe and step-by-step photos on how to make vanilla macarons. Just add your chosen food coloring paste, if using.

Line a baking tray with baking paper, or use a macaron silicone mat.

Transfer the mixture to a piping bag fitted with a Wilton 1A tip and pipe small rounds onto the tray or mat.

Set aside to dry for at least 1-2 hours.

  1. Hei! Jeg elsker bloggen og bøkene dine, men lurte på en ting med macaroner – går det an å lage de uten mandler, og bruke noe annet i stedet? Har en kjæreste som ikke tåler mandler.
