My youngest son Benjamin made a delicious smoothie a few years ago and it has been my favorite breakfast smoothie ever since.
It´s made from milk, yogurt, banana, apples, oatmeal, and ice cubs, it is super refreshing and both kids and adults love it!
It’s made in minutes and we at home, love to start the day with this breakfast smoothie.

My Favorite Morning Drink
- 1 1/2 banana
- 1 1/2 red apple
- 1/2 cup (50 g) oats
- 1 1/4 cup (300 ml) natural yogurt
- 1 2/3 cup (400 ml) milk
- half a glass of ice cubes
- Just blend all of the ingredients together in your blender starting on low and turning it to high until it is creamy and smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses and enjoy
