I recently made these marshmallows with passion fruit, apple and strawberry. I bought large quantities of fruit purée at Pals in Oslo, and needless to say I made quite a lot of marshmallows…
These are super fun and easy to make, you can find the recipe and step-by-step instructions here. Just replace the raspberry purée with any other fruit purée of your choice.
I gave these goodies to someone who just loves fruit marshmallows.
