Hi everyone. I hope you’ve had a great weekend so far. Yesterday the sun was shining here in Sweden, and the sky was a lovely blue. I got so inspired by the colours of these pretty flowers I got.


E95A6609Inspired by the lovely colours of the flowers, I made a pink cake which is called Kwarktaart in the Netherlands. I will share the recipe very soon. This cake is perfect for spring / summer time


And so delicious.

Today I will share my all-time favorite smoothie. This smoothie may not have the look of an amazing smoothie, but I have to tell you this one is AMAZING. If you love pineapple, you will love this.


I use fresh pineapple because it is an excellent source of antioxidants and vitamin C. Fresh pineapple is also low in calories. Nonetheless, it is a storehouse of several unique health promoting compounds, minerals and vitamins that are essential for optimum health, and it’s just super delicious in this smoothie.

Pineapple Crisp Smoothie serves 4

  • 1 fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 cup (50 grams) quick oats
  • 9 oz. (250 grams) frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups (460 ml) Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup (230 ml) fresh orange juice
  • 8 ice cubes
  • You could also add a scoop of protein powder to give it a boost


Place all ingredients in a blender, starting with the liquids.


Just blend & serve.


Ready to serve this delicious smoothie which is perfect for breakfast – it will give you a real energy boost in the morning.
