Good morning gorgeous! Hope your week has been great so far.Today I want to share with you a delicious Iced coffee smoothie. This Iced coffee smoothie, is a delicious smoothie that contains Cashew and coffee that gives you a great start already in the morning. Inspiration for this coffee smoothie I got from my local juice bar by looking at their menu.
Iced coffee smoothie (serves: 2)
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 sliced bananas (I prefer frozen)
- 1/2 cup cashew nuts
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 6 ice-cubs
- 2-3 tsp instant espresso
Ok let’s start making this amazing smoothie.
Put all the ingredients into a blender, starting with the liquids.
- Turn on the blender and blend until it becomes smooth. Takes about 60 seconds.
- So incredibly delicious, you just got to try it. It might be your favorite morning drink. You can change the recipe by omit the greek yogurt, and add some oatmeal instead of Cashew.
