- Cantaloupe contains just 50 calories and a full 100% of your recommended daily intake of both vitamin C and vitamin A, an important nutrient for smooth, younger-looking skin.
- Fresh pineapple is low in calories. Nonetheless, it is a storehouse of several unique health promoting compounds, minerals and vitamins that are essential for optimum health.

Watermelon drink
- 250 gram cantaloupe, diced
- 250 gram pineapple diced
- 250 watermelon diced
- 6-8 ice cubs
- You could also add a scoop of protein powder to the smoothie to give it a boost
If you add ice-cubes, always put those on top in the blender.
Just push the button and blend for some 10- 15 seconds, depends om what blender you use.

Watermelon smoothie
- 250 gram cantaloupe, diced
- 250 gram pineapple diced
- 250 watermelon diced
- 1 cups (230 ml) Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 6-8 ice cubs
- You could also add a scoop of protein powder to the smoothie to give it a boost
Ok let’s start making this amazing smoothie.
Put all the ingredients into a blender, iced cubs on top.
Just push the button and blend for some 10- 15 seconds, depends om what blender you use.
