  • 1/4 cup sugar or 2 tablespoons agar

  • 1 1 /2 cups (12oz/ 360g) greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup sugar or 2 tablespoons agar
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla-paste
  • 1 Cup (8floz/200ml) passion fruit /purree

For these Yogurt Popsicles,  I use fruit puree. I buy these in the supermarket either fresh in a box or frozen. It is cheaper to buy the puree and it goes much more faster to make these. Or you can just use fresh/frozen fruits or use this recipe to make it.

Let’s make these yogurt Popsicles.

Mix all the ingredients  in a food processor or blender or even just a bowl; process until smooth, about 30 seconds

Love this beautiful color.

E95A6738Divide mixture evenly among the molds. I use a silicone mould, so i first add sticks and than  fill the mould to the top. freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.

This is heaven , just so incredible easy to make and so delicious.

I love the cute hearth shape ice cream molds, they are from the brand silikomart. they have all kind of form and shapes made with silicone.

Yum, are you tempted to try it your self?

You can make this with all kind of flavors like passion fruit or raspberries like these on the picture below.
