Good morning sunshine, today I share a simple raspberries & Oreo ice cream, it’s super delicious and so easy to make.
Raspberries & Oreo Icecream
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 350 gram sweet condensed milk
- 1 cup raspberry puree
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- zest and juice from 1 whole lemon
- 20 oreo cookies
For this recipe I use this Ice-cream machine.
Pour all the ingredients except the Oreo cookies in the ice-cream container.
Get the ice cream machine running, pour in all the ingredients ( except the oreo cookies) Leave it to churn for about 40 minutes (depending on your machine).
Some minuttes before it is ready add crushed oreo cookies.
‘Spoon it into a container, cover with cling film or a lid, and freeze it for some hours or enjoy right away.
Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving.
BTW if you don’t like Oreo cookies, just leave them out, you still have a delicious raspberries ice-cream.
If you don’t have an ice-cream machine, use this recipe instead and just add the raspberry puree and the lemon juice and zest when you add the heavy cream, and just blend in the oreo cookies in the end
