This almond cookies are heavenly, and so easy to make in no-time.
These cookies are so gooey and delicious.
Manuelas almonds cookies ( 20 )
- 170 gram almonds
- 170 gram powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 1 egg white
Preheat the oven to 320 °F (160 °C).

Put the almonds into a food processor and run the motor until they are finely ground.
Add the powdered sugar, and run a few minuttes more, add the egg whites and vanilla paste and run the motor again until the mixture comes together.
Dust your work surface with powdered sugar and knead the dough until nice and smooth.
Roll out the dough and press out circles with a round cutter. put the rounds on a baking tray with parchment paper
and bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes and leave to cool completely
Don’t over baked this cookies, or they will not be gooey.
