These Lemon Glazed Brioche Robes, are just heavenly and scream summer, the lemon glaze on topp gives, these buns a beautiful shine and a delicious taste.

Lemon Glazed Brioche Robes

For the sugar syrup

  • 150 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 150 g caster sugar

Follow the instructions for this brioche dough, after is has proofed over night in the fridge

Preheat the oven to 350 F° /  180 C°


I Brush each Brioche robe ightly with heavy cream and bake for 15- 20minutes, or until golden brown.


For the sugar syrup

While the buns are baking, prepare the sugar syrup. Place the lemon juice and caster sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Simmer until all the sugar crystals have dissolved.

Glaze this buns right after they come out from the oven,
