I just came back from a short but amazing trip to Atlanta, USA. It is summer time here in Sweden and we are having few hot days, so perfect to share recipes for two delicious milkshakes and a Mocca Frappuccino with Salted Caramel Sauce, that is just so delicious.

Vanilla & Banana Milkshake
- 2 cup milk
- 4 scoop Vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup frozen banana
- 1 – 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice cubs
To serve: Whipped cream
In a blender, combine the milk, vanilla ice cream, frozen banana, ice cubs, and vanilla extract and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately in individual glasses with whipped cream, topped with a cherry.
Using a frozen banana gives the shake an extra-creamy consistency.
When making Whipped Cream I place the cream in the freezer for about 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, remove the cream from the freezer and pour into a mixing bowl with a few spoons of the icing sugar and vanilla paste. Whisk until nice and airy.
Strawberry Milkshake
- 2 cup milk
- 4 scoop ( 250 gram )Vanilla ice cream
- 1- 2 cup Strawberries ( I use Frozen)
- 1 cup ( 1-2 large banana)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice cubs
- lemon zest & juice
To serve: Whipped cream
In a blender add milk, Vanilla ice cream, strawberries, Frozen banana and vanilla extract and ice cubs. Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately in individual glasses, garnish with cream and enjoy.

Mocca Frappuccino & Salted Caramel Sauce
- 3 cup ice cubes
- 2 cups strong coffee ( Make sure your coffee is chilled)
- 4 scoop ( 250 gram ) Vanilla ice cream
- 1-2 tablespoon sweet condensed milk
- 1 – 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
To serve: Whipped cream, Salted Caramel Sauce
In a blender, add ice cubes, and chilled coffee. Add in 4 scoops of vanilla ice-cream, plus 1- 2 tablespoon of sweet condensed milk, and 1- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
Blend for about 30 seconds, or until smooth.
Serve immediately in individual mason jars glasses with whipped cream and Salted Caramel Sauce and enjoy.
