this Lemon pudding is creamy and so delicious, and you prepare this in just 5 minutes.

Perfect for Easter and summer desserts!

CREAMY LEMON PUDDING ( makes→ 4) 

INGREDIENTS;

  • 2 CUPS (500ML) HEAVY CREAM
  • ½ CUP (100 G) SUGAR 
  • 2 TABLESPOON FINELY GRATED LEMON ZEST
  • 1/3 CUP (100 ML) LEMON JUICE 

TOPPING;

  • HEAVY CREAM, WHIPPED  TO SERVE
  • LEMON FOR DECORATiON

DIRECTION;

  • Place heavy cream and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat and stir to dissolve sugar.
  • Bring to the boil and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Add lemon zest and lemon juice and stir to combine.
  • Set aside for 5 minutes to cool slightly.
  • Pour into 4 desserts bowls and refrigerate for 3–4 hours or until set.
  • Enjoy.
