this Lemon pudding is creamy and so delicious, and you prepare this in just 5 minutes.

CREAMY LEMON PUDDING ( makes→ 4)
INGREDIENTS;
- 2 CUPS (500ML) HEAVY CREAM
- ½ CUP (100 G) SUGAR
- 2 TABLESPOON FINELY GRATED LEMON ZEST
- 1/3 CUP (100 ML) LEMON JUICE
TOPPING;
- HEAVY CREAM, WHIPPED TO SERVE
- LEMON FOR DECORATiON
DIRECTION;
- Place heavy cream and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat and stir to dissolve sugar.
- Bring to the boil and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Add lemon zest and lemon juice and stir to combine.
- Set aside for 5 minutes to cool slightly.
- Pour into 4 desserts bowls and refrigerate for 3–4 hours or until set.
- Enjoy.
