Hi everyone; sharing a recipe today for oatmeal for breakfast.

In the fall and winter, I love eating oatmeal for breakfast, it is delicious and it keeps your stomach full for hours, it takes only 5 minutes to make.

In this recipe, I´m using fine oats it cooks quickly, and vanilla bean paste just because it makes this oatmeal much more delicious and fancy.
for toppings use whatever you like; I love cinnamon and maple syrup, and some sliced apples on top.

I hope you try it some time; it is so fast and easy to make and so delicious

Oatmeal for Breakfast ( for one person)

  • 50 gram quick oats ( fine oats)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste ( optional)
  • pinch of salt
  • 250 ml of milk


  • Cinnamon
  • Maple syrup
  • 1/4 sliced apple


Place the oat, salt, vanilla, and milk in a small saucepan. place over medium heat.

Let´s cook over medium heat until it thickens and absorb some of the liquid, stirring frequently. This takes about 5 minutes.

I really enjoy the taste of plain oatmeal with cinnamon spices and maple syrup, and add times I add some slices of apples on top.

Enjoy immediately.
