Hi everyone, I hope you all did have a good weekend and that the sun is shining where ever you are.
I have been busy this last week with new projects, and work-related business trips.
But I´m back and I will definitely find the time this week to make something delicious for Easter to share on the blog.
But today I just want to share a delicious smoothie that I love to enjoy for breakfast or lunch, it is so good!
This smoothie is made with strawberries, banana, greek yogurt, milk, oats, and ice cubs, I blend it in my blender for one full minute, Kids will love this smoothie as it tastes like a strawberry milkshake.

Pink Smoothie
- 1 cup ( 250 ml) milk ( or use almond milk or coconut milk)
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 banana
- 250 gram strawberries ( fresh or frozen)
- 1 /4 cup oats
- 6 Ice cubes
Directions;
- Just blend all of the ingredients together in your blender starting on low and turning it to high until it is creamy and smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses and enjoy
