After a night in the fridge, the cake is not as tender but incredibly moist and juicy and so much better in taste! it is super juicy and bursting with passion fruit flavor!


Another option with this cake that is also delicious is to add passion fruit curd on top of the cake after it is cooled.

Add marshmallow frosting on top.

And use a torch on low and carefully brown the marshmallow frosting.
